I had nothing to lose. There were still spots with Dr. Johnson open under the grant, so I signed up for physical therapy. It was perhaps the best decision of my life.
It was an hour session that enabled me to use my limbs that were going dormant. I shouted out YES!

I cannot be strong enough in my recommendation to seek out Dr. Johnson, or physical therapy. The education in exercise technique is immensely valuable. The gift of a transformed mindset regarding real engagement in that exercise is priceless.
